Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable and highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, including modules, workspaces, remote state management, and state locking.
- Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters on Amazon EKS.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and/or GitLab CI/CD.
- Automate application deployments, infrastructure provisioning, and operational processes.
- Monitor cloud infrastructure and applications using CloudWatch, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, application, and Kubernetes-related issues.
- Implement logging, metrics, alerting, and observability best practices.
- Collaborate with Development and QA teams to support application deployment and release activities.
- Manage Docker containerization and Kubernetes workloads.
- Configure and maintain ingress controllers, ConfigMaps, Secrets, HPA, and Helm charts.
- Perform Linux server administration, scripting, and automation tasks.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend infrastructure improvements and cloud-native solutions.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks.
- Participate in production support, incident management, and root cause analysis activities.
- Ensure security, compliance, and operational best practices across cloud environments.
