Job Description

NBUW Project Team Support

Responsibilities

  • Support project implementation and enhancement initiatives related to Life Insurance New Business and Underwriting processes.
  • Collaborate with business users, underwriting teams, and technology teams to gather requirements and clarify business needs.
  • Assist in documenting business processes, functional requirements, and project deliverables.
  • Participate in system testing activities, including test scenario preparation, test execution, defect tracking, and validation of fixes.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones, testing activities, and deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business and operational requirements.
  • Assist in issue investigation, root cause analysis, and resolution during project implementation and post-deployment phases.
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Provide operational and project support for initiatives involving New Business and Underwriting systems.
  • Support change management, process improvement, and documentation updates related to project implementations.

Requirements

  • Experience in the Life Insurance industry.
  • Understanding of New Business and Underwriting processes.
  • Experience in system testing, UAT, SIT, or project delivery activities.
  • Background in one of the following areas:
  • New Business Operations
  • Underwriting
  • Underwriting Support
  • Project Support related to New Business & Underwriting
  • Business Analysis within Life Insurance
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working with business users and technology teams is preferred.
  • Familiarity with project documentation, process mapping, and testing activities is an advantage.
