Develop, manage, and grow strategic relationships with national modern trade accounts (e.g. hypermarket, supermarket, minimarket, and key MT chains).
Formulate and execute annual joint business plans (JBP) aligned with company objectives, including sales target, trade spend, promotion, and distribution strategy.
Lead commercial negotiations with key accounts covering pricing, promotions, listing, contracts, and terms & conditions.
Monitor and control trade spend efficiency to ensure healthy sales growth and profitability.
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain) to ensure smooth execution of programs and on-time product availability.
Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer data to identify growth opportunities and risks.
Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and modern trade governance.
Manage key account forecasting, budgeting, and reporting accurately and timely.
Build long-term partnerships with customers to strengthen brand presence and business sustainability.
