Who we're looking for / The role
We are looking for a driven National Key Account Manager to drive our growth in Modern Trade in Indonesia. This role is pivotal in expanding our market share and driving revenue growth for our Blood's product portfolio.
The ideal candidate has deep experience in FMCG sales, strong distributor and retailer relationships, combined with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. The National Key Account Manager will be responsible for the sales and long-term growth of our Modern Trade channels in Indonesia.
Core Responsibilities:
Execute business plans and drive productivity in Modern Trade (MT) - 25%
Work closely with existing key accounts to execute plans on product visibility, OSA, promotions, and trade marketing activations, in order to maximise velocity and achieve win-win outcomes.
Drive listings and account expansions across MT - 25%
Build MT expansion plans based on product portfolio and channel fit. Hunt, strategise, negotiate and lead this expansion of Blood's numeric & weighted distribution footprint across existing and new channels.
Modern Trade relationship management - 25%
Directly own & build wide and deep relationships with national MT accounts (Indomaret, Alfamart, Supermarkets, Hypermarkets, Drugstores, etc.). Support the KAMs in driving decisions, negotiations and other matters with MT accounts.
Trade marketing strategies - 15%
Collaborate with the Marketing team to strategize ATL, BTL and in-store execution that aligns with overall campaign and trade objectives, and drives consumer purchases. Measure and optimize the ROI for these over time.
Budget ownership and accountability - 10%
Own the budget for Modern Trade in Indonesia and ensure every dollar drives maximum outcome for the organization.
