Job Description

Executive recruitment consultant at Monroe Consulting Group is partnering with a leading multinational FMCG company. Our respected client is currently looking for an experienced Head of National Key Account to lead and grow national key accounts within the Health & Beauty and Hyper/Supermarket channels. This role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive the overall strategy and performance of national key accounts to achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets
  • Develop and execute commercial plans, including pricing, promotions, and incentive schemes, to accelerate growth across key customers
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with senior customer stakeholders and negotiate mutually beneficial commercial agreements
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain) to ensure strong execution of campaigns and initiatives
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and potential risks
  • Monitor performance against forecasts, manage departmental budgets, and implement corrective actions where needed
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and development to the key account team to ensure high performance and capability building
  • Prepare and present regular business reviews and performance updates to senior management

Requirements

  • Minimum 810 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably within Health & Beauty, FMCG, or Modern Trade (Hyper/Supermarket)
  • Strong commercial and customer-facing background with proven results in driving sales growth and strategic account development
  • Solid analytical capability with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable business decisions
  • Proven leadership experience in managing, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
