  • Identify and evaluate new disruptive B2B retail channels and business models.
  • Conduct market mapping, trend scanning, and competitive analysis.
  • Design, test, and scale new business model pilots.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with B2B platforms and digital distributors.
  • Drive data-driven recommendations and channel performance reviews.
  • Translate market insights into brand and product opportunities.
  • Develop playbooks and frameworks for go-to-market excellence.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Trade Marketing, or E-Commerce.
  • Strong understanding of B2B retail and digital distribution ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Strong commercial acumen (JBP, pricing, promotions, P&L).
  • Experience managing strategic partnerships and national-level negotiations.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Build organizational capability and champion change for disruptive retail growth.
