Your Tasks
- Take full ownership of MTI accounts nationwide, driving sustainable sales growth and profitability
- Build strong, long-term partnerships with key MTI customers and lead commercial negotiations
- Develop and execute joint business plans aligned with company strategy
- Ensure strong execution of promotions, visibility, and in-store programs across regions
- Work closely with distributor partners to ensure optimal coverage, availability, and execution
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to management
- Lead, coach, and develop Regional Account Managers, fostering a high-performance sales culture across Indonesia
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields
- 57 years of experience in MTI account management or a similar commercial role
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian MTI landscape and distributor operations
- Proven leadership experience, managing Regional Account Managers or nationwide sales teams
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-driven, analytical, and results-oriented with strong business acumen
- Willingness to travel across Indonesia
