Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Nanny role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Nanny will provide attentive, age-appropriate care to children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and emotional support throughout the day. Daily tasks include supervising playtime, assisting with learning activities, organizing routines, and supporting early childhood development in a nurturing environment. The Nanny will also prepare simple, child-friendly meals and snacks, maintain cleanliness in children's areas, and collaborate with parents or guardians on schedules and specific care instructions. The role requires reliable communication, respect for family privacy, and the ability to adapt to changing needs in a professional manner.
Qualifications

• Strong babysitting and childcare skills, with experience caring for children in a home or similar setting.
• Demonstrated ability and comfort working with children, including building trust, setting boundaries, and supporting positive behavior.
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles to support learning, social skills, and age-appropriate activities.
• Basic cooking skills to prepare safe, nutritious meals and snacks for children.
• Patience, empathy, and a calm attitude in handling children's needs and conflicts.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with parents or guardians and follow care instructions accurately.
• Ability to maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for children.
• Prior nanny or childcare experience is preferred; relevant training or certification in early childhood care is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia and adhere to company and household guidelines.
