The role involves checking content quality, correctness, and proper categorization according to project guidelines.

We're hiring for a short-term, fully remote freelance role that may be a strong match for musicians and music professionals.

Music Annotation & Transcription SpecialistEngagement: Freelance / Independent Contractor

Location: Fully Remote, Current Location: Indonesia

Commitment: Flexible – approx. 5 hours/day

What you'll do:

• Identify and classify musical instruments from audio recordings
• Categorize instruments into their correct instrument families
• Accurately transcribe music and audio recordings
• Annotate and review music-related audio content with high precision

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Music (or related background)
• Hands-on experience in music annotation, music transcription, audio labeling, or similar work
• Excellent listening skills and strong attention to detail
• Experience with any musical instrument
