Role Description The Multimedia Staff role is a full-time, on-site position based in Badung. This role is responsible for producing and editing visual content that supports property marketing, including photos, videos, and graphic materials for online listings, social media, and promotional campaigns. Day-to-day activities include planning and executing photo and video shoots at various properties, managing multimedia equipment, and ensuring high-quality visual documentation of listings. The Multimedia Staff will collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop engaging visual concepts, maintain brand consistency, and deliver content according to deadlines. The role also includes organizing digital assets, optimizing content for different platforms, and continuously improving visual storytelling to highlight BVR Property's portfolio.
Qualifications

• Strong multimedia skills, including experience creating and managing various forms of digital content.
• Proficiency in video production, including shooting, editing, and post-production for marketing or promotional use.
• Skills in graphics and graphic design, with the ability to create visual materials aligned with brand guidelines.
• Photography skills, including property and lifestyle photography, with attention to composition and lighting.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom) or equivalent tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Badung, travel to property locations, and manage equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with marketing, sales, and operational teams.
• Previous experience in real estate, hospitality, or related industries is an advantage.
• Relevant education or training in multimedia, design, communications, or a related field is preferred.
