Job Description
- Create and design visual content for internal company events, such as posters, videos, and invitations.
- Support corporate culture activities by producing promotional materials for events like staff care programs, holiday celebrations, and team building.
- Design and update internal display content, including bulletin boards, internal newsletters, and digital screens.
- Occasionally support external events or corporate communications with promotional content. Maintain archives of promotional materials and collect feedback to improve future communications.
Job Requirements
- College's degree or above, preferably in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Communications, or related fields;
- Proficient in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, or other editing tools;
- Strong aesthetic sense and creative thinking, with the ability to complete design tasks independently;
- Responsible, with strong communication and coordination skills to work across departments;
- Experience in corporate communication, event planning, or promotional design is a plus.
