We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Web Designer with a strong passion for designing intuitive, visually engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. In this role, you will take the lead in designing and developing responsive websites, creating modern web interfaces, and maintaining content across CMS platforms. Alongside your web design expertise, you'll also contribute multimedia assets that enhance the overall user experience, combining creativity with technical execution to deliver high-quality digital products.
What You'll Do:
- Design and develop visually engaging websites, landing pages, and interactive multimedia assets that reflect our brand and mission.
- Create high-quality visuals using design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, etc.), bringing concepts to life with creativity and precision.
- Build and customize websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms.
- Ensure responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible designs for seamless user experiences.
- Apply UX/UI best practices to create user-centric designs that balance aesthetics with functionality.
- Manage and update content on CMS platforms.
- Optimize designs for performance, SEO, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated digital experiences.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Multimedia, Interactive Media, Design, or related fields.
- Have 3+ years of experience in web design, multimedia design, and frontend development.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma, etc.).
- Strong coding skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript; experience with frameworks/libraries (Bootstrap, React, Vue.js is a plus).
- Proven hands-on experience building and managing sites with CMS.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and web performance optimization.
- Strong project management skills—able to handle multiple priorities with attention to detail.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Animation and motion graphics experience to elevate visual storytelling.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems for smoother collaboration.
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) to ensure inclusive design.
