Calling out all Indonesian Multimedia Designer!
We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Multimedia Designer who is passionate about design and frontend development. In this role, you'll combine strong visual storytelling with hands-on web development skills to deliver compelling, user-friendly digital experiences. You'll be at the intersection of design and technology—crafting beautiful visuals while building responsive, high-performing websites and content on CMS platforms.

What You'll Do:
- Design and develop visually engaging websites, landing pages, and interactive multimedia assets that reflect our brand and mission.
- Create high-quality visuals using design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, etc.), bringing concepts to life with creativity and precision.
- Build and customize websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms.
- Ensure responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible designs for seamless user experiences.
- Apply UX/UI best practices to create user-centric designs that balance aesthetics with functionality.
- Manage and update content on CMS platforms.
- Optimize designs for performance, SEO, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated digital experiences.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Multimedia, Interactive Media, Design, or related fields.
- Have 3+ years of experience in web design, multimedia design, and frontend development.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma, etc.).
- Strong coding skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript; experience with frameworks/libraries (Bootstrap, React, Vue.js is a plus).
- Proven hands-on experience building and managing sites with CMS.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and web performance optimization.
- Strong project management skills—able to handle multiple priorities with attention to detail.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Animation and motion graphics experience to elevate visual storytelling.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems for smoother collaboration.
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) to ensure inclusive design.
