Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Multimedia Designer who is passionate about both visual design and frontend development. This role combines strong storytelling abilities with hands-on web development expertise to create engaging, user-friendly digital experiences across web and multimedia platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop visually engaging websites, landing pages, and interactive multimedia assets.
- Create high-quality visual content using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and similar platforms.
- Build and customize responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms.
- Ensure websites are responsive, accessible, and compatible across multiple browsers and devices.
- Apply UX/UI best practices to balance aesthetics, usability, and functionality.
- Manage and update website content through CMS platforms.
- Optimize websites and digital assets for performance, scalability, and SEO.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated digital experiences.
- Support multimedia initiatives including visual storytelling, branding, and digital campaigns.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Multimedia, Interactive Media, Design, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in web design, multimedia design, and frontend development.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma, and related software.
- Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; familiarity with frameworks/libraries such as Bootstrap, React, or Vue.js is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience in building and managing websites using CMS platforms.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and web performance optimization.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Experience in animation and motion graphics.
- Familiarity with Git or version control systems.
- Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG).
