Role purpose
Support the growth and day-to-day success of multi-finance partnerships through disciplined partner coordination, performance analysis, program execution, and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ongoing Financing projects from document preparation and submission through approval and disbursement
• Maintain Financing trackers, project timelines, facility utilization, and management reports with Partnership Manager
• Review financing documents and data for completeness and accuracy before submission
• Coordinate closely with Finance, Legal, Operations, and other relevant internal teams to resolve outstanding items
• Manage day-to-day communication and follow-up with Multifinance partners on approvals, documentation, disbursement, and operational requirements
• Prepare data summaries using Ms. Excel / Google Sheets
• Identify project risks, delays, or process gaps and propose practical solutions or escalate when required
• Support the Partnership Manager in preparing materials and analysis for partner and management discussions
  

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field
• 3–5 years in Finance, Banking, Multifinance, Financial Operations, or a related field
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and presentation skills; good financial analytical capability and able to turn data into clear actions
• Detail-oriented project coordination and consistent follow-through
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Professional Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills

Success measures

• Financing projects and trackers are update every week
• At least 95% accuracy and completeness of financing documents 5 days before submission timeline
• Pending items and partner request to internal are followed up within 2 business days
• Disbursement delays and project issues are identified 2 weeks before the timeline, followed-up, and escalated
• Able to independently manage day-to-day financing execution and documentation, and stakeholder coordination
