About Management Trainee Program
The MSI - Management Trainee (MT) AI Integration Program is a 24-month accelerated development program designed for young talents who aspire to become Future AI & Digital Transformation Leaders and drive innovation through intelligent technology solutions.

At PT Motor Sights International (MSI), you will gain hands-on experience in AI Integration, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), API Integration, and Business Process Automation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, work on real business projects, and build AI-powered solutions that create measurable business impact while strengthening your technical and leadership capabilities.

1. Fresh graduate or with a maximum of 2 years work experience
2. Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably majoring in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields
3. Proficient in Python (mandatory) familiar with JavaScript/Node.js is an advantage
4. Basic understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, and REST APIs
5. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
6. Passionate about Artificial Intelligence with a strong willingness to continuously learn new technologies
7. Willing to participate in a 24-month Management Trainee Program
8. Adaptable, resilient, and ready to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
9. Able to speak and write in English
