Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Management Representative, System Compliance, and HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) Sub Section Head, located on-site in Karawang. The role involves ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, managing system compliance, and implementing HSE policies. The individual will conduct audits, risk assessments, and training sessions, while also developing strategies to improve compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including local safety and environmental laws.
• Strong knowledge of system compliance, auditing, and risk assessment
• Project management and organizational skills
• Bachelor&aposs Degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in QHSE or Compliance roles in a manufacturing environment, preferably in flexible packaging, printing, or food-grade packaging industries.
• Certified internal or lead auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 is preferred.
• Working knowledge of GMP, BRCGS Packaging Standard, HACCP, or other food packaging standards is a strong advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
