Thirdlab Studio is a one-stop design service for technical teams in the Web3 space. Our team offers subscription-based design services led by a group of Web3 designers.

Role Description

The Motion & Graphic Designer role will be responsible for creating motion design for video and creating design for digital & print media, ensuring all designs adhere to brand guidelines. Additionally, the Motion & Graphic Designer will collaborate online with the team to produce high-quality standard design outcomes. This is a full-time remote role.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Motion Designer or similar role
• Proficiency in using Adobe After Effects and CapCut
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
• Basic ability to create visually appealing presentation slides using Google Slides
• Experience with creating designs adhering to established brand guidelines
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics
• Willing to learn new skills and knowledge

Good to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• Familiarity with blockchain and/or Web3 is a plus
• Ability in 3D design (Blendr) is a plus

Salary

• IDR 4-7 million based on skills and experiences
