Job Description

We are looking for a Motion/Graphics Designer to join our growing team in Jakarta and help elevate Nimbly's brand storytelling through engaging visual content and dynamic animations across digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality motion graphics and animated content for digital campaigns, social media, website, product marketing, and sales materials.
  • Develop explainer videos, product demo animations, and visual storytelling assets to support demand generation and brand awareness initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to translate concepts into compelling visual narratives aligned with business objectives.
  • Edit video content including interviews, testimonials, product walkthroughs, and event highlights.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual and motion assets in line with Nimbly's brand guidelines.
  • Optimize video and animation outputs for various digital platforms (LinkedIn, website, ads, webinars, etc.).
  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with motion design trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or multimedia design.
  • Based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop.
  • Experience with CapCut and Canva is a plus.
  • A strong portfolio is mandatory and must be submitted with the application. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
  • Excellent storytelling skills with strong understanding of composition, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Excellent written and spoken English (near-fluent to fluent) is mandatory, as the role involves creating English-based content and collaborating with regional/global stakeholders.
  • Experience in digital marketing, SaaS, B2B, or technology-related industries is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally.
