About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer to create engaging visual content that brings ideas and campaigns to life. In this role, you will work closely with creative and marketing teams to produce motion graphics and video content that align with brand direction and effectively capture audience attention across digital platforms.

What you'll do:

  • Create engaging motion graphics and video content aligned with the creative direction to inspire, inform, and captivate audiences across digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to understand campaign objectives, project scope, and content requirements.
  • Develop design plans, concepts, layouts, style frames, and stillomatics to effectively visualize and communicate ideas.
  • Produce high-quality video edits, animations, and motion assets with speed and attention to detail while maintaining creative quality.
  • Adapt creative executions across various formats and platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads while following platform best practices.
  • Utilize AI-powered creative and video tools to support faster ideation, production, and iteration processes.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and continuously optimize creative output to improve engagement, CTR, and conversion performance.

What you'll need:

  • Excellent motion graphic and video editing skill with high sensitivity to adapt to various styles and approach;
  • Have great taste in design and trends;
  • Have 2 years of graphic design experience including video production design and animation;
  • Bachelor's degree majoring in visual communication design/multimedia;
  • Have the ability to solve an array of challenges through visual design;
  • Have the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and manage time effectively;
  • Mastering the essential motion graphic and video editing software;
  • Have the skill in designing 3D video is a plus.
  • Understanding of digital marketing platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google etc.) and their creative best practices to drive CTR, engagement, and conversions
  • Data driven mindset, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and iterate creatively based on insights
  • Speed in execution, able to deliver quality creative output within tight timelines
  • Proficiency in AI video tools to support faster ideation, production, and iteration
