As a Motion Designer, you will play a key role in bringing our ideas, products, and investment content to life through engaging motion graphics and videos. You will work closely with our marketing teams to turn conceptssometimes complexinto visuals that are clear, impactful, and enjoyable to watch.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with designers and marketing teams to understand project goals and bring ideas to life through motion.
- Explore and apply the latest motion design styles, techniques, and trends to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Help transform static designs into dynamic motion assets for digital campaigns, social media, and in-app content.
- Join brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas, visual references, and new approaches.
- Stay up-to-date with design, fintech, and international branding trends to continuously elevate creative quality.
- Edit raw footage and create engaging videos that clearly communicate key messages.
- Produce rough cuts and final videos, including basic animation, motion graphics, transitions, music, and sound effects.
- Review and polish motion outputs to ensure smooth animations, visual consistency, and high-quality results.
- Take feedback positively and turn it into improvements that elevate the final output.
- Manage multiple motion design tasks while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a motion designer, preferably in fintech, investment, digital marketing agencies, or consumer techfresh graduates are welcome!
- A strong portfolio showcasing motion work across various formats such as digital campaigns, social media, or brand content (ATL/BTL experience is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail with a good sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling.
- Exposure or genuine interest in the investment industry, capital markets, or finance topics.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Understanding of design trends from international brands (especially fintech, lifestyle, or tech-driven visuals).
- Open-minded, eager to learn, and able to adapt to feedback.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Able to manage tight timelines without compromising quality.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially After Effects and Premiere Pro (other motion or video tools are a plus).
