Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving the profitability targets
- Build and maintain a predetermined regional network, including generating leads for partnerships and property refinancing, qualifying leads, and retaining and expanding existing relationships
- Identify business opportunities and develop promotional activities to increase sales
- Assume a leadership role, monitor daily activities, provide go-to-market strategies, and ensure their execution
- Regularly evaluate the performance of all sales, credit, and collection activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in the mortgage or property sector, particularly within banking or financial institutions
- Strong and extensive network of property agents across the Greater Jakarta area
- Solid track record in leading and managing sales, credit, and collection operations in a banking environment
- Experience in managing supply chain business operations is a strong plus and will be highly valued
- Exceptional leadership capabilities with a history of building and guiding high-performing teams
- Known for upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism
- Broad industry insight and a well-established presence in the financial and property sectors
