We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Molding Maintenance Staff to support the repair and preventive maintenance of production machines and supporting facilities in our molding area.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform repair and preventive maintenance on production machines and support equipment
- Troubleshoot and fix issues on injection machines, material handling, thermolators, and forklifts in the molding area
- Support compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and CPAKB
- Complete maintenance reports, machine history records, and preventive maintenance checklists
- Support continuous improvement, 5R implementation, and workplace safety
Qualifications
- Minimum D3 or S1 in a relevant field
- At least 2 years of experience in the same or similar position
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
- Familiar with pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Good teamwork, communication, discipline, initiative, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Computer literate
- Technical repair and maintenance knowledge
- Leadership ability is a plus
