About The Role

This role is responsible for supporting the delivery of training to farmers, farm workers, and farming communities on Agronomy Crop, STP, ALP, and ESG within Java. The role also includes monitoring and documenting training outcomes related to GAP, STP, ALP, and ESG. The position requires mobility; a company-provided car will be available. This role will be based in Baureno, Bojonegoro, East Java.

Key Tasks

Sustainability Program & Training Management

  • Manage communication and training activities for Sustainability Programs and trials/projects in line with company policies and business objectives.
  • Support the execution and implementation of sustainability training programs for Field Supervisors (FS) and Field Technicians (FT), aligned with assigned production areas.

Field Guidance & Farmer Engagement

  • Guide procedures through individual farm visits, group sessions, and practical/demonstration activities in accordance with the crop agronomy program.
  • Promote and encourage environmentally responsible practices related to GAP, STP, ALP, and ESG in tobacco production.

Coordination & Internal Collaboration

  • Coordinate with relevant area and station teams and follow up on communication and training activities related to sustainability programs.
  • Coordinate and oversee the distribution of sustainability-related materials (educational and ESG materials) to Field Technicians for onward delivery to farmers.

Stakeholder & External Representation

  • Act as a company representative on sustainability-related matters with local governments, communities, farmers, farmer associations, NGOs, and customers, as requested by the line manager.

Data Reporting & System Management

  • Ensure accurate, reliable, and timely data entry into the Growers Management System (GMS).
  • Verify and validate data provided by Field Technicians.
  • Prepare and present reliable sustainability-related data and reports (STP, ALP, ESG) to management when requested.

Compliance & Ethical Conduct

  • Understand and adhere to the Company Code of Conduct.
  • Demonstrate commitment to ethical business practices and full compliance with applicable company policies and regulations.

Skills:

  • Driver license (SIM A)
  • English – fluent writing and speaking
  • Knowledge of the tobacco culture of the respective areas
  • Knowledge of the Ministry of Agriculture Rules
  • Presentation and negotiation techniques
  • Knowledge on Sustainability (GAP, ALP, STP and ESG)

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Basic formation: Graduation on Agronomy, Economy, Administration, Agriculture Engineering and Law.
