Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Flutter Mobile Developer to join our team and help us build, maintain, and improve high-quality mobile applications.

We value practical skills, hands-on experience, and a strong problem-solving mindset over formal educational qualifications. If you have at least 3 years of professional Flutter development experience and enjoy building reliable, scalable mobile applications, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
Build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance mobile interfaces.
Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
Implement appropriate state management and maintain clean, maintainable code.
Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and other team members.
Debug issues, optimize application performance, and ensure application stability.
Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and application releases.
Contribute technical ideas and continuously improve development practices.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Flutter mobile development.
Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart.
Experience with state management solutions such as BLoC, Riverpod, or Provider.
Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, asynchronous programming, and mobile application architecture.
Experience with Git and collaborative software development workflows.
Familiarity with debugging, performance optimization, and application testing.
Experience publishing or maintaining applications on Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills, ownership, and attention to detail.
Able to communicate and collaborate effectively with a team.
Willing to work full-time onsite in Pontianak, West Kalimantan.

Formal education is not a requirement. We care more about your experience, technical skills, portfolio, and the quality of applications you have built.
