- Manage and maintain branch and outlet master data in the system, ensuring information accuracy, completeness, and timely updates.
- Coordinate and monitor contract administration processes for branches and outlets, including documentation, renewals, and status tracking.
- Review and streamline operational workflows related to outlet management to improve efficiency and ensure process compliance.
- Coordinate with relevant departments and branch teams to follow up on administrative issues, data discrepancies, and outstanding requests.
- Monitor the implementation of outlet management procedures, maintain proper documentation and reporting, and recommend process improvements to support smooth branch operations.
- Bachelor's degree in any related fields
- Fluent Mandarin proficiency.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data processing.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
