MIT Housekeeping

We are seeking for a passionate and driven individual to join our Housekeeping team as a Management in Training (MIT). This program is designed for aspiring hospitality leaders who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to creating exceptional guest experiences.

About the role:

As a Management in Training - Housekeeping, you will embark on a structured learning journey within our Housekeeping division. You will gain hands-on experience across all areas of the department, developing both operational expertise and leadership capabilities in a supportive and dynamic environment.

What you will do:

• Learn and support daily Housekeeping operations, including guestrooms, public areas, and laundry.

• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and attention to detail.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Participate in training, scheduling, and quality inspections.

• Build strong relationships with both guests and employees through genuine care and communication.

• Contribute ideas to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

What you bring:

• Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in Housekeeping, preferably in Supervisor level.

• A genuine passion for service excellence and luxury hospitality.

• Excellent communication and organization skills; reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language. Knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Good problem solving and positive attitude.

• Flexible schedule with the ability to work all types of shifts, weekends and holidays.

• Minimum qualification of Diploma.
