Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to support business and reporting needs.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple systems and data sources.
Design, develop, and enhance automated reports, dashboards, and data visualization solutions.
Improve reporting efficiency and reduce manual processes through automation and process optimization.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective reporting and data solutions.
Establish and maintain data governance standards, policies, and best practices.
Analyze business data and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1-3 years of experience in MIS Development, BI Development, Data Engineering, or related roles are also encouraged to apply.
Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database management systems.
Familiarity with reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI or similar platforms.
Knowledge of Python for data processing, automation, or analytics is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
