Mining Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Short andlong-term mine plans, including five-year plans, to ensure production targets and operational efficiency are achieved.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational plans aligned with departmental targets and company KPIs.
• Monitor and evaluate the implementation of mine plans, including coal production, waste production, material balance, hauling distance, and dewatering.
• Calculate and optimize equipment requirements for overburden removal and coal operations to support production targets.
• Prepare mine designs, maps, and planning reports to support operational activities and regulatory compliance.
• Present mine planning strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in operations.
• Implement and maintain Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) practices and support the Mining Safety Management System (SMKP).
• Perform supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Indonesian mining regulations (Kepmen ESDM No. 1827.K/2018).

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mining Engineering, Geology, or related fields, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the coal mining industry or
• Diploma Degree (D3) in Mining Engineering or related fields, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the coal mining industry
• Coal Conservation Planning Training, POP Certification, Long Term open pit mine planning certification (level VI)
• Proficient in Minescape 5 (open cut planning), minescape M5 for M$ user, Xpac - Auto Scheduling
