Responsibilities:
- Analyze and understand banking business processes and system requirements
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, technical specifications, and reports
- Support API Management and SOA Middleware implementation and integration activities
- Manage project scope of work and monitor project timelines
- Collaborate with internal teams, developers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
- Perform problem solving and provide analytical solutions for technical issues
- Conduct data analysis and visualization to support project and business needs
- Ensure project implementation follows SDLC methodology and best practices
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Technical Analyst / IT Analyst / API Middleware Analyst
- Strong understanding of banking systems and business processes
- Experience in API Management and SOA Middleware concepts
- Familiar with SDLC and project lifecycle management
- Good analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work within project timelines
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Experience in data analysis and visualization is a plus
