Job Description

Responsibility:

  • Gather and analyze business and user requirements for product development.
  • Work closely with developers, business teams, and stakeholders to improve product performance and user experience.
  • Process and analyze data to generate business and product insights.
  • Support product strategy, product roadmap, and feature prioritization.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to support product growth.
  • Handle product marketing initiatives and help create product positioning strategies.
  • Monitor product performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Ensure product delivery aligns with business goals and customer needs.

Requirement:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or relevant
  • 3+ years experience in relevant role (Product Analyst, Product Owner, etc)
  • Familiar with Oracle ERP, SAP, Ms Dynamics, etc
  • Familiar with Agile Methodology
  • Have experiences handling many products (banking, marketing, retail, etc)
  • WFO at Jakarta Selatan
  • Willing to be placed in Fintech Industry (Insurance/Banking)
