Job Description

What Youll Be Doing

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of IT projects.
Monitor progress and adjust project plans to meet deadlines and goals.
Communicate across various stakeholder groups including IT teams, business users, and compliance.
Lead cross-functional project teams, assign responsibilities, and ensure accountability.
Facilitate key meetings, project updates, and decision-making sessions.
Track project performance using KPIs and other key metrics.
Prepare and present project updates to leadership and senior management.
Maintain detailed documentation and ensure audit-ready project trails.

What Were Looking For

Bachelor&aposs degree in any field preferably Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or Information Systems.
Minimum 3 years of project management experience in the insurance industry (mandatory).
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Proven ability in stakeholder engagement and reporting.
Skilled in leading cross-functional teams in complex environments.
Bonus: Experience acting as a project regulator is a strong plus.
