Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 (four) years of professional experience in Information Security, Cyber Security, Security Engineering, Security Operations, or other related fields required by the Company.
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, or other relevant disciplines.
- Must have industry-recognized Professional/Specialist-level IT Security certification or an equivalent certification, such as:
1) CompTIA CySA+ (Cybersecurity Analyst)
2) CompTIA PenTest+
3) EC-Council Certified Security Analyst (ECSA)
4) GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH)
5) Other equivalent industry-recognized cybersecurity certifications.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Information Security principles, including network security, endpoint security, cloud security, identity and access management (IAM), vulnerability management, security monitoring, and threat detection.
- Possess hands-on experience with security technologies, including Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS), firewalls, Web Application Firewalls (WAF), and vulnerability assessment tools.
- Capable of performing security monitoring, incident detection and response, threat analysis, vulnerability assessments, root cause analysis, and implementing security controls in accordance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Ability to analyze security events, investigate cybersecurity incidents, prepare technical documentation and reports, and provide recommendations for risk mitigation and continuous security improvements.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
