Job Description

Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related services.
Support migration projects (e.g., Exchange, Office 365, Azure) under senior engineer guidance.
Monitor system performance, perform backups, apply updates and patches.
Respond to and resolve Tier 12 support tickets; escalate complex issues appropriately.
Create and maintain technical documentation (configurations, processes, runbooks).
Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell or scripting tools.
Support disaster recovery planning and execution.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related fieldOR equivalent practical experience.
13 years hands-on experience with Microsoft infrastructure: Windows Server, AD, Office 365, Azure.
Certified: Microsoft, CompTIA (A+, Network+), or Cisco (CCNA).
Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V or VMware).
Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and system tasks.
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Familiarity with backup, recovery, and system monitoring tools.
Familiarity with ITIL or service management frameworks.
Good troubleshooting abilities and strong analytical mindset.
Knowledge of Azure AD, Intune, Office 365 administration, and migrations.
Basic scripting/coding in Bash, Python, or similar environments.
