AYANA Hospitality, a leading hospitality company, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven MICE Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our services to corporate clients and individuals seeking to plan events. As an expert in the hospitality industry, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients and delivering exceptional service.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing a client base, identifying potential clients, and targeting them through various sales methods. You will also work closely with our internal teams to ensure that our services meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Conduct sales presentations to potential clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
