Method Engineer

Job Description:

• Provide adaptation and evolution processes and manufacturing work situation for existing products by improving the industrial performance
• Represent method engineering function within the manufacturing meeting
• Ensure the implementation of methods & tools 6 Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, MPH (Material Providing Handling, respecting safety, ergonomic and environment rules
• Manage the capacities adaptation with the dedicated tools : CAMA
• Lead the process improvement for machine, process & work station
• Write Work Instruction for training and assembly process guidance
• Contribute to the development of new products (manufacturability, feasibility)
• Study the feasibility and profitability of investment adapted to the needs

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in any Engineering Study (Industrial Engineering is the priority)
• Experience in Manufacturing Lean or Engineering Role for 1-3 years
• Technical Skills in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, VSM (Value Stream Mapping)
• Computer Literate, Good Interpersonal and Leadership Skills
• Fluent in English (Writing and Speaking)
• Familiar with SAP system
• Have Drawing Skills (Autocad Basic), Familiar with Ms Office
