Responsible of Manufacture Execution System (MES) configure required changes on system and device derived from changes to the process, monitor and responsible for daily support, and assist MES users. Working closely with our customer to deliver solutions, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve MES functionalities.
Skill and Qualifications Required:
- Installation and configuration for MES Device (Line Printer, Laser Printer, Barcode Printer, Gun Scanner, PC)
- Daily Support to ensure Device and System running normal
- System Monitoring and Make escalation for issue detection to Person In Charge
- Work with customer to support and resolve the problem about MES device
- Enthusiastic to learn MES new technology
- Has knowledge/experience in MS SQL (Simple query)
- Good understanding in C# (plus)
- Have knowedge of MES (plus)
- Experience in Automotive Industry and support by using the system (plus)
Job Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or other closely related major
- Advanced English level (FLUENT both oral and written)
Work Experience:
- 3-5 years working experience in Helpdesk/IT Support
