Requirements
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience with FHIR standards, healthcare data processing, diagnostic systems, and clinical workflows, and exposure to the PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) industry would be a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 5 years as a MERN Stack / Full Stack Developer.
- Backend Skills: Strong expertise in Node.js & Express.js.
- Frontend Skills: Solid experience with React.js, Bootstrap, Material UI, and CSS.
- API Development: Hands-on experience with RESTful & GraphQL APIs.
- Database Skills: Strong knowledge of MySQL (design, queries, joins, stored procedures, optimization).
- Programming: Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and responsive web design principles.
- Tools: Familiar with Git, Postman, Agile/Scrum, and basic DevOps practices.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving ability with a passion for data & database optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Backend Development: Develop and maintain scalable services using Node.js & Express.js.
- API Design: Build and integrate RESTful & GraphQL APIs for smooth communication.
- Database Management: Design, manage, and optimize MySQL databases with efficient queries, joins, and stored procedures.
- Frontend Development: Create responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React.js, Bootstrap, Material UI, and CSS.
- Performance Optimization: Improve application & database performance through query tuning, indexing, and caching.
- Code Quality: Write clean, reusable, maintainable code while troubleshooting issues.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and participate in Agile processes.
