Role Description

Memimpin dan mengembangkan tim merchant success / sales

Membangun strategi untuk meningkatkan akuisisi & performa merchant

Menjalin hubungan baik dengan merchant lokal & komunitas

Berkoordinasi lintas tim untuk memastikan eksekusi program berjalan optimal

Qualifications

Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun memimpin tim sales di area tersebut

Memiliki network dan pemahaman mendalam tentang pasar lokal

Terbiasa bekerja dengan target ambisius & memiliki track record yang solid

Siap mobile & berorientasi pada growth
