Job Description:

  • Define and implement tailored advertising strategies within the project period to align with specific high-investment merchant performance targets and brand objectives.
  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end advertising performance optimization for key high-investment merchants to maximize return on ad spend and drive growth milestones.
  • Analyze campaign data, traffic performance, and delivery metrics to identify system logic and search/recommendation algorithm enhancements for the ads business.
  • Evaluate merchant feedback and operational pain points to design structured, actionable recommendations for product and feature improvements.
  • Report on project milestones, advertising revenue metrics, and merchant growth trends to cross-functional stakeholders regularly.

Requirements:

  • Hold a minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Finance, Marketing, or other quantitative-based majors.
  • Has a minimum of 1 year of professional working experience in managing Search & Recommendation products or services, specifically within the advertising domain.
  • Solid experience in project management, strategy formulation, or business development experience within the food delivery or ride-hailing industry is highly preferred.
  • Practical understanding of advertising platforms, campaign optimization, and digital marketing performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in SQL is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
