Role DescriptionDevelop and manage merchant partnerships in the assigned area to drive sales and achieve targets, provide training and coaching to merchant staff, ensure proper channel execution and POS readiness, and monitor credit risk to maintain healthy business performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in merchant development or consumer finance (Multifinance Mandatory)
• Demonstrates leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Able to work under pressure, proactive, and a strong team player
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to be assigned to different cities and owns personal transportation
