Maintain daily merchant relations, coordinate issues, and respond to merchant needs in a timely manner.
Drive merchant sales growth and achieve category KPIs. Be sensitive to sales fluctuations of categories and merchants, and continuously improve the sales volume and proportion of key merchants through operational strategies. Manage merchant activity, retention rate, churn warning, and retention initiatives.
Implement tiered operation for merchants (top merchants/mid-tier merchants/new merchants) and develop differentiated operational strategies, including differentiated management of communication frequency, negotiation intensity, resource allocation, subsidies, etc.
Data Monitoring & Business Analysis
Monitor core of data categories and merchants by daily and weekly, including traffic, conversion rate, average order value, repurchase rate, etc.
Analyze the causes of underperforming merchants and provide actionable improvement suggestions.
Generate weekly and monthly category operation reports to support decision-making.
Requirements
Job Requirements
Experience on 1 years of relevant experience in E-Commerce industry or operations platform. Experience in merchant operation or category operation on E-Commerce platform is preferred.
Able to speak Mandarin both speaking and writing are preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills, able to independently liaise with merchants and promote cross department cooperation.
Proficient in Excel for data statistics and basic analysis, also detail-oriented with strong learning ability.
Strong sense of responsibility and execution ability.
