Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related fields.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic documentation.

Good communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail.

Basic knowledge of programming (Java, Python, PHP, Golang).

Understanding of REST API, JSON, XML, and API testing tools (Postman).

Plus Point: Knowledge of SNAP API or previous experience with API integration.

Job Description

Handle and coordinate the end-to-end merchant onboarding process.

Support merchants during API integration, including testing and basic troubleshooting.

Perform accurate merchant setup and ensure all configurations are correct.

Work closely with Sales to collect the required technical documentation.

Monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure merchants go live smoothly.
