Job Description:
- Develop a tailored pitch and value proposition to onboard merchants based on their unique growth potential.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand emerging food trends and identify top-performing merchants.
- Build strong relationships with merchants and guide them through the onboarding process.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, and analytics) to ensure merchant success post-onboarding.
- Travel within Bangkok to meet potential merchants, present ShopeeFood's value, and close deals.
- Provide insights on merchant trends and suggest strategies for continuous merchant growth.
- Manage sales pipelines and report progress to team lead
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, merchant acquisition, or business development, preferably in the F&B, e-commerce, or tech industry.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with the ability to engage high-potential business owners.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify key merchants with strong growth potential.
- Excellent communication skills in Thai and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to customize pitches based on merchant profiles.
- A self-starter mindset, able to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the food delivery industry and F&B market trends is a plus.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience working with premium, high-growth, or trendy F&B brands.
- Familiarity with e-commerce and food delivery platforms.
- Understanding of merchant operational challenges and the ability to provide strategic solutions
