Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
Minimum 47 years of experience in merchant acquisition, sales, or business development within payment gateway / fintech / banking
Proven experience handling Big Account or enterprise merchants
Experience in leading or coordinating a sales or acquisition team
Strong understanding of payment gateway products and merchant onboarding processes
Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and data security awareness
Job Descriptions:
Conduct acquisition processes for Big Accounts
Supervise and coordinate the Merchant Acquisition Team
Monitor the activities of the Merchant Acquisition Team
Provide solutions to the Merchant Acquisition Team when needed
Coordinate with the Head of Merchant Acquisition regarding special rate approvals for certain merchants
Coordinate with other divisions to streamline the acquisition process
Coordinate with the Head of Merchant Acquisition on sales strategies for merchants
Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual Merchant Acquisition reports for the Head of Merchant Acquisition
Be responsible for maintaining information security systems by complying with security policies, protecting company data, and reporting any suspicious activities that may threaten information security.
