Modinity Group, a group of leading modest fashion and lifestyle brands including Buttonscarves, Benang Jarum, Nada Puspita, and other growing brands, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandising Production Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities :
- Create and maintain production timeline.
- Collaborate with the Product Development Team to track development status and ensure timely launch as planned
- Generate Purchase Orders (PO) and manage bulk production from sample approval to the arrival of goods at the warehouse and ensure ready for distribute ontime
- Provide Pre-Production Sample (PPS) and a photoshoot sample
- Negotiate price with suppliers
- Coordinate with factory team to monitor product status, quality control and packing instructions
- Analyze production issues at the earliest stage and create weekly reports
- Build and maintain a good relationship with suppliers
Requirements :
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
- At least have 1 year of experience as Merchandiser Production in garment industry/trading goods (apparel/bags/footwear/etc)
- Have attention to detail
- Strong communication skills & time management skills
- Thorough understanding of industry best practices
- In-dept knowledge of industry-specific trends and issues
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
