Merchandising Manager (DEP - Jakarta)

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Analyze historical sales data and customer inputs to support forecast accuracy.
2. Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to align forecasts with market trends and promotional programs.
3. Conduct regular reviews of branch orders.
4. Manage stock allocation to maintain optimal inventory levels across warehouses.
5. Work closely with the logistics team for effective shipment planning.
6. Identify potential bottlenecks and propose mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supply chain role, preferably within a distribution company.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
