Coordinate sample development and testing with suppliers and internal teams.
Monitor production timelines and resolve any sourcing-related issues to ensure on-time delivery.
Track market trends and material innovations relevant to outdoor furniture.
Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities and supplier performance.
Required Qualifications:
Min. 2+ years of experience in furniture or home goods sourcing, preferably in outdoor categories.
Candidates must be fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written), as the role involves regular stakeholder engagement and cross-functional communication with both office-based and field teams.
Strong familiarity with material types and supplier networks in Indonesia.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills; capable of objectively analyzing root causes of problems, identifying optimal solutions, and ensuring thorough implementation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with basic industry English terminology.
Self-motivated with a strong commitment to continuous learning; willing to embrace new knowledge and skills and continuously improve professional expertise.
Willing to travel locally for supplier visits and factory coordination.
