Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with production teams to ensure efficient garment production and on-time delivery.
• Monitor and manage the production timeline to meet clients requirements.
• Monitor order progress with production, QA/QC, and planning teams to meet delivery timelines.
• Track production status and coordinate shipment to ensure on-time delivery with correct documentation
• Maintain accurate records of samples, approvals, order status, and buyer communications.
• Conduct regular product quality checks and address any concerns promptly.
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries professionally.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Garment Merchandiser, proficient in managing production processes.
• Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of the garment industry.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in both oral and written English for effective client communication.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Email.
• Familiarity with the operation of the Shopify app and AI Tool's is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a collaborative team player mindset
