Build and maintain strong relationship with existing buyers by ensuring high service satisfaction.
Act as liaison between the buyer and production partners to understand their needs and provide tailored merchandising solutions.
Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and potential collaborations.
Negotiate agreements, contracts, and terms with external partners.
Ensure all negotiated terms are mutually beneficial, competitive, and aligned with company profitability targets.
Monitor end to end production progress from material sourcing, sampling, bulk production, finishing, to shipment arrangement while ensuring all activities follow the approved production timeline and buyer schedule.
Analyze quality control reports and ensure corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented.
Support buyers with any ad-hoc request related to production.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textile Engineering, Fashion Management, or related field.
Minimum 23 years of experience as Merchandiser in garment, textile, or apparel manufacturing (experience with export buyers is a plus).
Strong understanding of of garment production flow, fabric types, trims, washing, sampling, and bulk production processes.
Proficiency in ms. office, and order tracking tools.
Fluent in English (spoken and written) or other languages are a plus.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem solving skills.
